SCOPE of the COMMITTEE:
The St. Patrick School Advisory Committee provides parents and parishioners a voice in the formation and education of their children in the Catholic School. It serves as a resource to the pastor and principal, for the benefit of the school. The principal collaborates with the School Committee to develop and recommend policy for the school. After a policy is approved by the pastor and implemented by the principal, the School Advisory Committee directly supports that policy.

MEMBERSHIP:
The School Advisory Committee (SAC) consists of thirteen active members who participate in the consensus decision-making process. Nine general members serve with four ex-officio members; the pastor, the principal, the parish administrator and parents’ club representative.

NEWS:
The SAC is currently preparing for the School Open House on Sunday, January 29, 2012. Our Open House traditionally kicks off our Catholic Schools Week observation. We invite you, your family and friends to join us in the School after the Noon Mass on January 29th, 2012. We are certain you will enjoy meeting our wonderful faculty while observing numerous outstanding examples of our students’ accomplishments. This is a perfect opportunity to share our exceptional, faith-based school curriculum with our larger community first hand! We are confident that you will agree that St. Patrick School is a ‘School You Can Believe In’.
